Debbie K. 20 Years
We proudly celebrate Debbie’s 20th anniversary with Packaging Personified! This incredible milestone showcases her unwavering commitment, loyalty, and invaluable contributions to our success and growth over the years.
Debbie has taken on the vital responsibilities of our Accounts Receivable department while also cross-training in Accounts Payable. Her willingness to mentor her teammates and share her knowledge exemplifies the core values of Packaging Personified. As Laura shares, “Debbie has been a mentor to her teammates and is always willing to help and teach whenever she can. Her positive attitude, professionalism, and dedication to excellence set a standard for her teammates.”

🎄🎅 Holiday Party 🎅🎄
Our teams in Sparta and Carol Stream gathered for our annual holiday luncheons, and what a time it was! Good food? Check. Great conversations? Double check. A chance to say thanks and celebrate another amazing year? Absolutely.
And, of course, the highlight of the day… Family Feud: Christmas Edition! The trivia was fierce, the laughter was loud, and the competition? Let’s just say it was spirited.
For the third year in a row, Tim’s team took home the win. Coincidence? Strategy? Or is Tim simply channeling some holiday magic? We’ll let you decide. 😉

🎄 Breakfast & Cheer from the Sparta Team! 🎄
Our Sparta Management Team traded their desks for aprons to cook up a festive breakfast for our amazing employees! From Chris Beauchene's famous pancakes to Noel Waterbury's crispy bacon, Robin Edgerly’s sizzling sausage, Joseph Moonsammy’s made-to-order eggs, and Jennifer Armstrong’s fresh toast, it was a morning filled with good food and great company.
A special shoutout to Craig Reed for keeping the coffee and breakfast beverages flowing! ☕

Michael E.
Michael joined the Packaging Personified team six months ago as our Southeast Account Manager, bringing dedication and a sharp focus to every customer interaction. He’s committed to delivering exceptional service and building lasting partnerships.
When he’s not supporting PPI customers, Michael balances a busy schedule—serving one weekend a month in the Army Reserve and spending the others chauffeuring his kids to their various sports activities.

Bag Machine Upgrades!
🛠️ No need to wait for New Year’s resolutions around here—we just welcomed a second Century Tech bag machine to our production floor!
We’re excited to get this machine up and running, adding even more efficiency and reliability to the mix. It’s all part of our commitment to continuous improvement and staying a step ahead.
