🦃November 2024🦃

November was a busy and exciting month here at Packaging Personified! From fun events that brought the team together to gearing up for the holidays, there’s been plenty to keep us energized.

Behind the scenes, we’ve also been hard at work on machinery upgrades that will set us up for even greater success—stay tuned for more details in December!

As we head into the holiday season, we’re grateful for the dedication and teamwork that make PPI such a great place to be. Here’s to finishing the year strong!

🍂Anniversaries🍂

In the spirit of gratitude that November brings, we’re excited to celebrate the anniversaries of our amazing team members here at Packaging Personified. Each anniversary is a testament to the dedication and hard work that make our company what it is today. Whether you're a seasoned veteran or a newer member of our PPI family, your contributions are invaluable. Thank you for being part of our journey – here’s to the milestones we reach together!

Jorge A. 10 Years

🎉 Congratulations to Jorge on his 10-year anniversary with Packaging Personified! 🎉
Your hard work and dedication have been a true asset to our team, Jorge. To mark this milestone, your manager, Craig, has some words to share: “Your performance speaks volumes about your skills, talent, and dedication. Your work ethic is a great example of what it means to be committed. Happy 10-year anniversary!”
Thank you, Jorge, for everything you bring to the team! Here's to many more years of success together!

Chandra celebrated her 35th anniversary with Packaging Personified, marking an extraordinary milestone in her career and in our company's history.

Chandra began her journey with us as an Inspector Packer, a role essential to ensuring quality at the final stage of production. She worked closely with our Set Up Mechanics, demonstrating unmatched diligence and dependability. Her vibrant personality, infectious smile, and mischievous laugh have also been a cornerstone of our team’s morale.

Over the years, Chandra has taken on key roles, including Lead Inspector Packer, Trainer, and now 1st Shift Supervisor. Her leadership has kept us organized and efficient, inspiring the entire team to meet challenges head-on. Rob C., her Manager for the past 18 years, shares, "Her knowledge and work ethic are respected by everyone in the facility—and I mean everyone! Her day-to-day duties supervising first shift and playing an integral role in scheduling second shift allow me the freedom to concentrate on other aspects of my job. She has the respect of the people she supervises on both shifts, and she makes them better. Splendid behavior!"

Joe, our Operations Manager, adds, “Chandra’s support, leadership, and friendship have been invaluable to PPI. Her dedication is truly priceless, and we are incredibly grateful for everything she does.” He also reflects, “I had the privilege of working with Chandra early in my career at PPI, and now she is sharing that same knowledge and enthusiasm with my sons. I couldn’t be more grateful for that opportunity.”

Chandra, your hard work, uplifting spirit, and dedication over the past 35 years have left an indelible mark on PPI. Thank you for everything you bring to our team. Here’s to celebrating you today and always!

🍁Meet the Team!🍁

Sergio (and his sidekick, Otto)

Sergio has been with Packaging Personified since February 2023, keeping all things tech running smoothly. Whether it’s troubleshooting or making sure our systems are up to date, Sergio’s got it covered.

When he’s not solving IT puzzles, Sergio loves cooking, reading, music, and games. He’s also new to the Midwest, having moved from sunny California last year—quite the change!

Say hi to Sergio next time you see him around, and maybe swap a recipe or two!

Alaina (and her sidekick Margo)

Alaina joined the Packaging Personified team five months ago, bringing creativity and energy to all things marketing! From campaigns to content, she’s always ready to share PPI’s story.

When she’s not brainstorming *brilliant* ideas, Alaina stays active by running, baking sweet treats, or exploring the outdoors with her adorable dachshund, Margo.

Next time you see Alaina, say hi and ask her for must try recipes—or Margo’s favorite walking spots!

🦃🍲Results from Last Month🥔🥧

Last month, we asked for your thoughts, and the results are in! A big thank you to everyone who joined in on the fun—we hope you all enjoyed your holiday, whatever you got to eat! Let's take a look at the outcomes!

🦃Turkey Time🦃

This November, we had plenty to be thankful for! From team anniversaries to a festive turkey takeover that brought laughter and smiles across the office, it’s been a month full of connection and celebration.

We’re grateful for the hard work, dedication, and camaraderie that make PPI such a special place to be. Here’s to wrapping up the year strong as we head into the holiday season—together!

MUST SEE MOVIE

〰️

MUST SEE MOVIE 〰️

This month, we’re spotlighting Wicket, a high-flying reimagining of the beloved Broadway musical. In this gripping tale, the Land of Packaging is thrown into chaos as rival forces battle over the future of flexible bags. Against all odds, two unlikely heroes rise: GIL-inda, and the misunderstood yet determined Elphaba, portrayed by Javier, who fights to bring fairness to overpacked traffic lines.

The film dazzles with stunning performances and delivers a powerful message: “Every bag deserves the chance to hang.” With its sharp wit and emotional depth, Wicket reminds us that true strength lies not just in durability but in standing out from the crowd—even if you’re hanging by a hook on the checkout aisle.

Expect drama, heart, and plenty of packaging puns to keep you rolling (or unwinding). Trust us, this is one movie you don’t want to bag and forget.

🎥🎄Holiday Movie Poll🎄🎥

The season of snow, cocoa, and cinematic magic is here! We’re putting holiday movies head-to-head in the ultimate showdown for seasonal supremacy. Will Home Alone outsmart the competition? Can Elf sleigh the votes? Or will Die Hard explode onto the scene as the dark horse?

Cast your vote and crown the real holiday classic. (No pressure… but the fate of movie night debates everywhere rests in your hands!) 🍿
