Converting Department
The Converting Department is where the material is taken and completed to the customer’s specifications. In this department, we have slitting and converting positions. Slitting operators take the large film rolls, and then them cut into more manageable-sized rolls for our customers. In the Converting department, the team makes bags out of printed and plain rolls. Inspector Packers inspect the bags to ensure the product meets the customer’s specifications and then pack the boxes for shipping.
