2022 Gain Sharing

“2022 represents the first year of our Gain Sharing program, focused on COPQ and total yield achieved on production orders. Due entirely to the great efforts of the PPI team, we have maintained our external quality goal as calculated for 2022 in both locations.

We are thrilled to be in a position to set up this program. These accomplishments take a special level of teamwork and commitment at every level of the organization. Each team member is a critical contributor to supporting our ability to achieve such impressive numbers. Total savings were distributed equally amongst the full-time staff for their great efforts.

Total - $215,494.96
